Three MIBERs are among “top 100” students in Italy

Mibers strike again! Louisa Dellera, Francesca Fracasso and Francesca Pilla, currently completing their first year of the MIBE programme at the University of Pavia, have been selected to take part in the second edition of “The Future Makers”, run by The Boston Consulting Group.

“The Future Makers” initiative was launched in 2016, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of The Boston Consulting Group’s presence in Italy and to give the opportunity to 100 of the most talented Italian students aged between 23 and 26 to network and to discuss global macrotrends, diversity, and sustainable and digital development with the most authoritative representatives of the business community.

The participants (50 women and 50 men) come from the top Italian universities, and have had to undergo a rigorous four-stage selection process, involving both group and individual interviews, in order to be chosen from around 2000 applicants. The main selection criteria were personal and academic experiences, international background, proactivity, motivation and leadership skills.

The event, taking place in Milan from June 19th to June 22nd, will offer all three girls an extraordinary opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the challenges posed by today’s fast changing world.
