Brief Bio

Luca Cavone is a management consultant who has developed his career in supporting and coaching companies in the improvement of innovation processes, product development and organizational change.

His main background and expertise has been focused on project management methodologies and the application of Visual Management, based on Lean Thinking approach.

Recently his interest moved to the application of new technologies, Industry 4.0 and their impact on Business Transformation processes for companies.

He joined MiBe in 2014 as Adjunct Professor for Applied Project Management course (former Language & Communication Skills for Project Management) and also delivers lectures at masters and universities about project management and innovation management.

He’s currently part of the team leading the research on “Global Value Chain and 3D Printing”.

Since 2009 he has been member of the International Project Management Association (IPMA), for which he has held positions both at national and international level.

On a monthy basis he collaborates with the Project Management World Journal as Italian Correspondent and he’s regularly involved as speaker at international conferences
