Brief Bio

Marcin is an assistant professor in the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Pavia. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Management of Technology. He works in Digital Data Streams Lab, digITA4Good Lab, and the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Cyber-communication Research. Marcin was a visiting scholar at Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. His works have appeared in the European Journal of Information Systems, Information & Management, Harvard Business Review, Communications of the AIS, Tourism Management, Current Issues in Tourism.

Marcin’s research interests include the design of persuasive technology, digital nudging, and artificial intelligence. In particular, he is interested in studying these topics in organizational management and sustainable development.

Research

Research interests relate to artificial intelligence, persuasive technology, and human-computer interactions in the context of organizational management. Marcin is also interested in the use of ICT in the context of international affairs and sustainable development.
