Brief Bio

Marcella Nicolini graduated at Bocconi University in 2003. She got her PhD in Economics at University of Milan in 2007.

She has been post-doc at Bocconi University and at Politecnico of Milan and senior researcher at Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei. She has been involved in several research projects for the European Commission.

She joined University of Pavia in 2012 as Assistant Professor.

She has been teaching International Economics and Macroeconomics since 2009.


Prof. Nicolini’s research interests are in the fields of international economics, applied industrial organization and energy economics.
